Shipping Policy & Processing Time

Processing Times

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

If I have an item already made and in stock I endeavour to dispatch with 1 to 2 working days.

Customised and personalised items will take me longer to make. I will advise each customer at the time of ordering on my lead-times, if you would like more information please contact me deeyoung@naturebyday.com and we can discuss options and time frames further.  

 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return & Exchange Policy

I gladly accept refunds, returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Send items back within: 21 days of delivery

The following items can not be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

 

Condition of returns

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Exchanges and refunds

I can not dispatch any exchange item or issue any refunds until I physically receive the original item back.
